At Dinosaur Designs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your unique purchase; therefore, we offer returns on all full-priced items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

  Ship the Package

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized postage location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
